How many ladies have done placenta encapsulation? Did it help you?

We had it done with our first. The pills really helped my milk come in and give me energy. Also had a placenta print made... a picture of the placenta made with the blood that was on it... we had it laminated and framed. Then a dream catcher was made with the umbilical cord. Love it all. I can post pics if anyone wants to see em.

Just curious how many other mamas have done these things?
