Moms who have miscarried and are pregnant again....

So I have a question for all you mommas who have previously miscarried...

I have had 2 miscarriages, the last one was in January and I was 14 weeks along. I am now pregnant again (will be 12 weeks tomorrow). I seem to be growing much quicker, probably because my uterus is still stretched, but last night and again this morning, I really thought I felt baby move. Is this even possible so soon? I know in subsequent pregnancies women say they feel it sooner, but is this true for women who have never felt movement before in prior pregnancies? It felt like a mix between a muscle spasm and a turning feeling in there. Any input is appreciated! Thanks :-)
