Hi I'm Brooke and I am TTC my second child just so happens it was easier the first time. My doctor recommend j lose weight but I am very proud and happy in my skin and always have been so I'm not really sure where to start. I am a pca and I work long days and forget to eat a lot. Recently I started packing a lunch so I have been eating for like three days now. I've lost a lb but I'd like to lose more I'm also on a prenatal suppliment as recommend by my doctor as well 😊 any helpful hint tips tricks would be greatly appreciated
