There are so many women at my work who are pregnant, and for some reason they think I'd like to hear all about it. I get big long excited stories about ordering cots, career choices and what to do as mums, they're all getting heaps of baby stuff delivered to work, so I have to look at prams and paraphernalia all day. Coming to work should be my distraction from my nightmare, but it serves now as another constant reminder that I may never have a baby. 

I usually respond to the excitement with something like 'you're very lucky, I'd be excited if I were you too'. 

But I really need a way of without being rude, making it clear that there are a zillion people these ladies could chat with about their pregnancies, but I'm not one of them. 

Any advice? How do you guys handle these situations?
