When does risk of chemical pregnancy drop?

I had a chemical pregnancy with my first pregnancy in February. I'm now pregnant again and was wondering when I can relax a little? Bottom pic was taken today at 4 weeks 5 days

I had one too. I never got w dark one like the bottom. Looks like you are probably clear. I think after a sack is created it's considered a pregnancy so maybe after 5 weeks. Good luck and congrats!!!!
