Okay ladies, I need a little help.  Does anyone else chart your temp?  If so, can you tell me how it works?  I haven't tried it yet, but have PCOS and want to start temping.  We have been TTC 2 years this month.  Any advice would be helpful!  😀

Take your temp at the same time every morning. It helps to start at the beginning of your cycle, so you can see the pattern your cycle makes.Leave the thermometer by your bedside, so you can take your temp while still laying down. By taking your temp every day you will see your levels before ovulation and what they look like after ovulation. It should increase in temp after ovulation has occurred.it will stay high if you conceived as well. Hope this helps
