BBT and Working Night Shift
Hi ladies! I am wanting to start recording my bbt, however I know a big part of that is consistency as far as timing and all that goes. My delimma is that I work night shift so would it really be accurate if I have been up working all night? If anyone could help shed a little insight I would be forever greatful! ***Baby dust to you all!***
