What should be my next step?

My husband and I found out that we were pregnant on 1/3/15. On 2/16/15 was told that the baby was gone. Hcg levels get tested every week. Hcg level is at 48.9 as of 5/18/15. I believe my body absorbed the fetus at 7 1/2 weeks, still waiting to pass the sac. Hcg levels need to be under 5 to expel the sac and finish the miscarriage. While I wait, what should I be doing?
