Guidance needed 😔

So my husband is in the army and is stationed in italy and I'm in the USA. He came home for the first Time in 1 yr. he was here for 1 month in March. After he left I had a yeast infection. Probably from not having sex in a while. And doing it so frequently. I was ok Fter that for a couple of weeks. Now I have weird smelling white/clear discharge.. Thought?!
