Implantation ?

Ok so I was wondering what u ladies thought about this...this week I thought my period would begin actually it was due Wednesday...all week I was so wiped out tired...then I started to feel like I was getting a cold then that led into an all day nose bleed...then Friday night after a session of sexy time with my husband I started to spot so I thought ok this is my period...so then Saturday I still had the very light spotting...and today much of the same thing the only time I bleed more is during intercourse...then shortly after it stops or goes back to spotting...so my husband and I are like ok is this it did we finally conceive ? Cause it was weird Friday night I did feel some cramping before I noticed the spotting...but ever since then no cramping...so any thoughts ladies I'd appreciate it...u know that yucky feeling u have when u have your period yea that's not happening either....so I just know it's not my period...
