Need some help please!!!

So I haven't had a period since April 1st. I had sex when I ovulated the 15th but not since. I have 27 day cycles with AF lasting 3 days. I was supposed to start AF the 28th but instead got brown discharge for about 24 hrs starting the day before expected af then is stopped. I did test but got a faint on mothers day but nothing that I could see the following Friday. When I say faint I mean squinter where its barely visible. Anyways, my next AF is due Monday and last night I had the same brown discharge I did last month. Lasting the same amount of time. It is just now starting to stop. I feel like I'm pregnant from symptoms and my cervix is high and closed (for being day before expected AF) and I've been having cramping that are just like the rlp I had with my son. I never tests with him till 9 weeks so idk what's going on. If I am (fx) I would be 7 weeks 2 days today. I'm going into Dr Wednesday but was curious if any other momma has had this happen and what was the outcome? The cramps are off and on and less than and sometimes equal to period cramps. Once or twice I'll get a bad pain like I pulled something then it will go away. My symptoms are nausea, bloating, I've gained 2 lbs, headache, bumps on areoles, sore tender breasts, sometimes dizziness, certain smells make me nauseas, and I've had some aversions.
