Cycle cancelled
I have pcos so I'm annovulatory.
IUI #1 I had 3 follicles 1 at 19 & 2 at 17 using follistim, Ganirelix and ovidrel.
We have to use donor sperm as my hubby has no sperm. First iui didn't take.
IUI #2
Same protocol -- 12 follicles that were maturing!!! Yes 12!!! All of them were 13-15 on size!!
So this cycle was cancelled due to the hyper stimulation. My nurse said my RE probably going to adjust my cycle next time. I feel like we can't catch a break. one part of me is happy I responded so well to meds and another part is upset that we have to cancel. Has anyone else gone through this and gotten pregnant afterwards?
This is exhausting!! -- mentally, physically and financially! 😩
