Vivid pregnancy dream!!!

Ok, so I had a very vivid dream last night. I've been having some symptoms lately, but have had negative hpt results. I dreamt that my fiance handed me a test and told me to go take it. Went to the bathroom, brought it back into my room and it was positive, a very clear positive. I then wrote the date (11/28) on the back so I'd remember what day we found out. What could this mean?! Was so vivid, I woke up thinking it was real, and was sad to realize it wasn't. Just found it strange that it was so realistic and even had a specific date.
