Stomach flu or birth control side effects??

Alittle tmi but I've been on the pill for a month and a half and this morning I woke up and threw up yellow stuff (I didn't eat nothing yellow before bed). I also had abit of diarrhea, I've been in bed all day what could it be I just want to feel better and go on about my day. Someone help me figure out what it is please and thanks :)
