Not sure what to do!

Hi I'm Christi and I have been TTC for 3 years. I am type 1 diabetic and in January I had a hystrosalpenogram(sp?) and it showed that my cervix was actually closed. My obgyn "opened" my cervix(so painful, bled for days)and  I have like, 5 period trackers on my phone and a normal period. Well my one app says I'm 11 days late, another says 8 days late and I took an at home pregnancy test and it came back negative. I have lost 20 lbs in a month..... I'm freeking out! Advice!?!?? Prayers too because I want this so badly! Just gimme some tips for first time moms!!!!!!!!!!
