Positive OPK 3 day late AF Neg HPT

I went from having 6-7 months of regular cycles and in the last 2-3 months everything has gotten out of whack. I had a 60 day cycle before last AF with no helpful information from my doc's NP - just it's stress and wait it out. I was hopeful when I had a positive opk on 5/7 and was anticipating AF this weekend but hoping she wouldn't show. No appearance but had neg hpt this am. Wondering wth is going on and if anyone else has been through this? Worried I have PCOS even though I haven't shown any other signs.
