5 days late TTC

Ok so I'm 5 days late TTC I took a pregnancy test two days ago and negative took 3 throughout the past two weeks all negative...My breasts are flaky/peeling but not sore... N since yesterday I have been having theses crazy electric pains in my uterus...(at least that's where it feels like)... And not like a cramp when u get ur period...Could I have ovulated later then I thought? Should I bother buying another test? And what brand has the most sensitive HPV level for a test?
