34 weeks with #2 questions!

I'm on my second pregnancy another baby boy. This pregnancy has been way different than my first. With this one he's been measuring 2 weeks + ahead via ultrasound . Anyone else experienced this and was your baby earlier than projected due date? Also, the other night I was curious how things felt and stuck my finger up there and out came egg white textured stuff. Told my husband about it and did it again the next night to see if it was there again, and it was. I don't know if it's mucous plug or what. Any ideas?
