Heart palpitations???

Anyone having heart palpitations,racing heart beat and shortness of breath???

Yes, you need to tell your doctor. Some women get it occasionally and that's totally normal for pregnancy--because of the little person mashing on arteries and organs and whatnot lol. But I started getting them every day and my doctor had my wear a heart monitor and record my activity for 48 hours to see if they could pinpoint what was causing them {eating, exercise, etc.}. Turns out, for me, that it's just another side effect of severe anxiety😒 But definitely tell your doctor! My MIL had them and she ended up in the hospital, had to have an emergency c-section, and had to have some sort of surgery on her heart right after they delivered the baby. Not trying to scare, you just making you aware!🙈

I've had it since the beginning of my pregnancy. It hasn't went away. Hopefully it will in my third trimester.

I'm out of breath just of even talking and had gave palpitations as well I'm asking my dr on Monday

I just started having this but I'm 32 weeks and I find it happens when baby is sitting high and pressing against my lungs.  It gets hard to breathe and then the palpitations start.  I also was told that your body is pumping a lot more blood through your body when pregnant so your body is working more which can cause shortness of breathe and palpitations.

I had it through out my whole pregnancy especially the further I got along. I had to get an EKG done to make sure my heart was fine. My pulse would get as high as 153 and my resting pulse was always in the 120's. It's actually pretty normal from what I've been told. Now that I've had her everything is back to normal. I know it really sucks!!!

I had it my entire second trimester. The doctor couldn't find a reason as to why I had it. Went away in the third trimester.

I had that for a little but then i realized it was anxiety related. I just focused on ways to cope with stress and it went away.
