Exercising when due on period?
So I really need to workout and I want to but I am sooooo tired and worn out. I have cramp but its not too bad just mainly uncomfortable. Is it ok that I miss working out for a few days? Problem is I have been eating alot of ice cream and biscuits (basically just alot of comfort food) so can I afford to not workout?
I dunno. Will working out make me feel better?
