Nexplanon bump!?!

I've had my nexplanon in for 4 months now and Today I went to check it and I have a raised red bump at the insertion site!!!!! Has this happened to anyone before?!

I have a little pink bump but my obgyn said it was normal because the nexplanon is angled so it's easier to get out in the three years.

I've had mine for 6 months and my insertion mark is a small flat pink spot. It used to be a darker red but it's faded. I don't remember it ever being raised, but if it was, it was only a little bit.
