TTC baby#3 but i dk if im pregnant?!

My last period was march 30 at first I had 3 positive urine test a negative blood test I did another urine it was negative I'm very confused now it is almost June no period yet and all pregnancy symptoms are here along with pregnancy dreams?! Could someone tell me something please I just want to know if I'm pregnant and tests aren't telling me a dang thing! I got a 2 year old girl and a 6 year old girl now trying for a boy!
