Can anyone tell me what this is?

I got this rash thing while I was tanning today. I had tanning oil on and I saw a few spiders on/near the chair I was laying on so I'm thinking its a spider bite. But does anyone know what it looks like?

Blisters. Or it could be a crazy heat rash

It was bumps of white and I was only outside for about a half hour

looks like scabs got picked off or those spots didn't get tan
