TTC ....
I stopped taking birth control (NuvaRing) in February as we are TTC. I've noticed I have gained weight (15ish pounds) since coming off the ring.. I'm 34 and definitely do not want this weight gain to interfere with trying to get pregnant.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what you did to fight/reduce the weight gain.
Any help and/or advise is GREATLY appreciated.
