Painful let down?

So i am almost 3 weeks PP and i keep having a sting/burn feeling in both breast. Im almost positive its let down. It happens while im feeding and sometimes just randomly too. Not a clogged duct, no hard spots on my breasts, and not an infection no fever or reddness. Anyone have this feeling too?

It does sting a little.  I notice it at the randomest time too. When it happens at home I would pull my boob out to check and sure enough my boobs are leaking

Mine is awful! I get the stinging pains too! Just thinking about breastfeeding or pumping or hearing my baby cry causes it!

Yes that's your let down. Everyone's feels a little different. Mine feels like pins and needles - like they are falling asleep.

My let down was quite painful every time I pumped! While nursing the let down wasn't painful - just more of a strange/uncomfortable feeling...  After a few months I got used to the sensation and hardly noticed it anymore. However since I got pregnant and still breastfeeding, my let down became a little uncomfortable again  and it makes me terribly dizzy and lightheaded!

11 weeks pp and I rarely have pain like that now. It was bad during the first 6 weeks but now it's more of an annoying tingle.

I'm 7 weeks in and it still hurts me really bad for a few seconds then nothing. If she is feeding a long time and I get a second let down that one isn't has painful as first

This is definitely a let down! I thought I had thrush when it started cause it was so painful! If you watch your LO when they're nursing you can see them gulp gulp gulp when you feel it.

Yep! My daughter is 9 weeks old and I still feel this every time she nurses and sometimes in between/randomly. I've noticed this week that it often means she'll be hungry soon... Which I guess means she's starting to get into some sort of pattern with her feedings. (Yay!)

Mine didn't start until 3 wks PP. mom kept asking me if i felt it yet and I'm like...no don't feel it yet. Then it started and I'm like "owwwww". Mine hurts a lot. Lol
