I don't think it matters. I'm pregnant and I had sex on top of him....which people will say doesn't work....but obviously does.

My nurse actually advised me and she has Endo...and guess what...yes indeed she has conceived! It works!!!!

No, I never did. There's no need to do this because the sperm reach their destination in seconds. But I guess if it makes you feel better...

I didn't w my first, he was a suprise.  My second I did and got preg second month of trying. I have gained weight so can't do it anymors, it's been 10 months, I'm convinced it's bc I can't put my legs up

Scientifically, it doesn't improve your chances of conceiving. It's probably purely coincidental, but it's still strange how it happens when you do raise your legs. Carry on doing it by all means, tho!

Doesn't really do anything. Lying still will do. Only helps if you have a tilted cervix
