Did I have a miscarriage?

Ok so last week I took a pregnancy test and it was positive! My fiancé and I are over the moon excited. Then late last night I woke up to go to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a little blood ( very light almost like last day of period spotting) . The last couple days I have been overly tired and nauseous. After I saw the blood I immediately lost it he had to come in and check on me and I was frozen sobbing like crazy. The two times I've been to the bathroom since it's the same thing... I have our first appointment Thursday and he's trying to convince me not to worry it may be fine. I'm so scared we lost the baby already... I miscarried years ago but I was further along and I remember the blood was darker
