Rib cage pain?

I know that you guys aren't doctors but I think it's comforting as a ftm to be that I'm not alone with my symptoms .. Plus my doctors closed today 😳 so.. the last 3 days my right rib cage right under my boob just aches to the point where it literally feels bruised. I can't sleep on my right side at this point, or my back. They both kill me. I read that it's common for rib cage pain but this is awful - it wakes me up in the night and I have to reposition for a good 10 minutes before I can feel better. Also, when I'm standing up and walking around this pain doesn't occur. It's only when I'm sitting back or laying down. Has anyone else experienced this? /: I'm 23+3.
