Nursing major.. But is it right for me?

I did really poorly in my high school Chem class. Of course partly my fault, but mostly my teacher was just not helpful😑. So I'm starting a 4 year in the fall and I have to take 17 credits for both semesters of my freshman year. Chem plus a lab AND anatomy/physiology plus a lab...... Will I even make it?? Is it possible to do bad in a high school class, but (be more mature and focused and{sarcasm} ) pass it in college.
