Bleeding after ovulation?

I have been tracking on glow for about 2 months...my husband and I had intercourse 3 or 4 days before my expected ovulation day, along with 3 or 4 times during my fertility window. We also had sex on the last day of my window, then bleeding (bright red) but not alot like my normal period, the day after intercourse. Bleeding lasted 3 days but very light just used a pantyliner. Light spotting (hardly nothing ) 4th day after intercourse. AF wasn't supposed to come until memorial day friday...and she didn't come so I tested memorial monday...negative. :( Still no period and am curious if I should be concerned about anything?
