On Birth Control and very sore nipples..

Last month I stopped my Birth Control at the end of my pack. I stopped because these pills gave me side effects.. I got my period April 16-22nd! April 22nd-May 2nd I had unprotected sex,yes he ejaculated in me. We've been together for a long time so getting pregnant would be okay but we are planning on getting a house and everything first. I got my period on CD34. I had sore breasts(not nipples) a few days before my period that went away but now my nipples are really sore to touch.. My breasts are tender too,I've been feeling sick and don't know if Birth Control can cause this. I just started Birth Control again! Opinions??
