Already growing, twins?

Question

I have my first ultrasound in less than 48 hrs, I already have pants that are feeling snug and now my favorite pants are feeling snug. I had an ectopic a few years ago, I have seen twins come easy after having a tube removed. I have a feeling I might be having twins.

Anyone else have an ectopic then twins?

I don't have my first us til June 19... My pants are getting snug as well... Guess we will see

I'm having twins, but didn't have extremely high levels in my initial blood work. There is no way any of my pants would even be snug, I had to change over to maternity a few weeks ago! Haha

I actually feel like I'm having twins this is my third pregnancy and I can already feel the tightness in my lower stomach when I pull my legs to my chest or when I lay on my stomach. I didn't feel this with either of my other pregnancies. It's actually a pretty crazy thought . my first ultra sound is next Tuesday:) at 10 weeks :)

Have you had a blood test as confirmation? They can tell easily by the amount of HCG they pick up. Twins, being 2x the baby, have 2x (or there about) of HCG. Also if you got a strong positive quite early on a home preg test, this could also be a sign.
