TMI Please Help

TMI but anyways I woke up today an my vagina was wet I figured I started my period because I'm 16days late which I've been alittle stressed anyways I put my finger inside me an it's was very wet an when I pulled.it.out it was creamy white kinds like lotion what the heck down that mean? Also a little constipated an been cramping.off.an on for about two weeks other than that no symptoms
