Looks like I'm pregnant?!

TTC or first child together. We both have fertility problems so we are going through IVF with ICSI. Right now I'm in my TWW amd my blood test is on Tues and then on Thur, but I took a hpt on Fri which was definitely a BFN and then today. I know it's early but I think I see a line. What do you think?
