Looks like I'm pregnant?!

TTC or first child together. We both have fertility problems so we are going through <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> with ICSI. Right now I'm in my TWW amd my blood test is on Tues and then on Thur, but I took a HPT on Fri which was definitely a BFN and then today. I know it's early but I think I see a line. What do you think?
