iPhone users: good picture editing app?

I'm finding out on Tuesday what I'm having, and I would like to be able to take a picture of my ultrasound and put a bow tie on it if it's a boy and a hair bow on it if it's a girl. Is there a good photo editing app to do this? I would like for this to be the way I tell my family.
