Possibly have PCOS and devastated

So I just got pre-diagnosed with PCOS and I'm struggling to find the light in the situation. I want to know if there is anyone else on here that has dealt with this and has some good news for me! All I have wanted out of my life is to start a family and be a mother and I feel like I'm almost going to be cheated out of it because something I didn't even know could happen so easily and being diagnosed like this. I have my fasting blood draw on Friday to see if I'm insulin resistant. Any hope for good possibilities with this disease?
