My mother was staying with my sister. When it was noticed it was smsimply said she baby sits, sometimes over night or comes over super early in the morning. They can't prove other wise. People can stay with you 4-6 days a week then leave but nothing says how long they have to leave before coming back.

I worked for an appt complex. If we had to we would do a housing inspection but that requires a 24hout notices and plenty time to hide evidence so we didn't bother lol

Yes ppl do it all the time ad long as he don't report maintenance issues..or just hands outside..If it's an apartment and they do lean's as long as your rents paid they will never find out..we live with my in laws n the only ppl on the lease was my father in law...n it was me n my hubby n daughter...My mother in law their baby n mom in law and brother in law they never knew it we lived there for 3years

Yes, my husband lived with me for 3 yrs before we got married and we signed a lease together. He just never went to the leasing office or interacted with maintenance. In one apartment we even lived next to the leasing office, like 20ft away!

yes , just don't say anything and if they ever see them just say they're relatives visiting. usually they don't care anyways and they never check

I got a job in another city and had no money to move there to start working. Luckily, I moved in with my boyfriend at the time (husband now) and no one ever cared. He had 2 other roommates and everyone was cool with it. The neighbors didn't kno who was supposed to live there and who wasn't and it's not like the apartment people came by and did checks or anything lol. No big deal 😊
