PCOS and late period.

So just this march, I found out that I have PCOS after my chemical pregnancy. Af was due last May 17th but it never came... Last two was so tough because I had been feeling nauseous, gassy, and tired. I took a PT 3 times and all are BFN. I concluded that I'm out this month and I may just be late with AF due to my Pcos. But today, my nipples are tinging so bad, i can feel it. Does any one of you experience tingling nipples even if you're not pregnant? Sorry, this is my first time experiencing it.
