I accepted a new job offer but I have a 3rd degree harassment charge on my background (which has never been an issue for jobs) but I'm just curious to know, when jobs do backgrounds on you, can they see the charge details? Like for example my harassment charge was for fighting with my ex bf via text message and because I sent 3 consecutive texts in a row and he considered it "unwanted contact" I was charged. Can jobs see that detail? So they can see it's not like I actually harass people? Lol or can they only see the type of charge?
