Everyone gets tired of these questions but I need help.

I had sex the day before ovulation and me and my boyfriend always uses condoms or the pullout method. But when we got home yesterday we realized we didn't have any condoms so he said he'd pullout, well he didn't because according to him " I just couldn't do it baby" I'm SOOOO freaking pissed because I'm currently going to school and trying to make a better life for myself and the child we already have before bringing more children into this. Many of you may say "well you should've used a condom" I'm very much aware of that and you telling me again won't make me feel better. I just need to know is it possible to get pregnant the day before ovulation. This all happened yesterday at about 3:00am and today I'm ovulating. 😩 please answer respectfully.
