Holy contractions!

37 weeks today, contractions have gotten more intense and frequent over the past couple days. Praying that means labor is on it's way! Wasn't able to get checked at my last appt. because I had Injured my back and couldn't barely move. So I have no clue if I'm dilated or not. My next appt. is wed. So hoping for good news! I was induced with my first so can anyone tell me if these stronger contractions the past couple days are early labor??
