Anyone suffering from "lightning crotch"?

Also known as pain around the pubic bone. A stinging pain around the pubic and pelvis area. I find I have to be really careful turning in bed, squating (have to keep knees together), putting on pants (lifting feet too high) - any cure? Or is it something we just have to grin and bear? 😁

I thought it was a sign I was going into early labor!!!  WEEEWWW thank goodness!  Putting pants on SUCKS!!!!

Yes and it is the worst! Nothing helps that I've found, it never lasts too long which is an upside.

Yes! I had it with my son and it got worst after 7 months! This time it started early! Its the worst feeling ever 😖😖

Oh my fosh, it's the worst!! Had it with my son and again with my daughter. Just gotta grin and bear it and remind yourself we have 3 months left.

Whew! I thought something was wrong.  I thought it was because I overdid it during my exercise.

Yes. I've had it since 24 weeks. 28 now. Is it pelvic girdle pain?

Yes and I been using a maternity support band and has helped. It's not a miracle worker but it bring some relief.
