Help!!

My snl has a almost two year old and 6 months twin. She went and got an birth control implant and she had them test her first bc he "went" in her and it was negative. Well she has had a period since she says she's been gaining weight only in tummy. She says she ain't feeling well . Could It have been to early for her test to be positive when they tested? She freaking out
