I cannot sleep.
It takes me a good 2 hours to fall asleep then I wake up around 3am every morning and cannot get back to sleep for another 2 hours. Then up at 6:30 for work. I sometimes take sleep aids which help me fall asleep faster but I still wake up and just feel hung over. I have stopped taking the sleep aids since we started ttc again. Any suggestions on how to sleep better?
