having trouble

I'm really anxious if I'm pregnant or not. please help! idk if I'm actually pregnant... I'm only 2 days late but didn't actually have sex on or before ovulation day... I had sex 6 days after but I've been having achey nipples and I had bad cramps the few days after my sex. I also got pretty bloated for a few days. im not sure what to think as i could be late due to stress but I need opinions. please help! anything works for advice.
