Baby shower

So at first it was going to be my mom hosting the shower and me and her collaborating on planning it. I've been completely shut out because my grandma wants it to be a surprise what we do and what types of decorations. I hate surprises and I just really want a low key simple baby shower to celebrate my little girl. I don't want anything super fancy and now my mom won't listen to what I want nor is she listening on what I can and cannot eat. She is planning on having deli trays which is a big no no for pregnant women.... She then said well I'll make something special for you?? Is it my hormones or do I have a right to be a little upset?
