How early do you test?

My period isn't due for four more days and I'm freaking out because two were negative. I'm so freaked out about my MC and TTC that I'm just setting myself up for disappointment. I realize it's early.

1st day of your expected period is the best time to test

Once I had one miscarriage I started waiting until AF was late to test.  Why stress myself out even more unnecessarily?

I also did the same thing ever since my mc last August. But last cycle I tested 10 dpo and it was beg, then 11 dpo and it was pos! Good luck and try to skip a day in between testing if you can. That helps.
