I was thinking about using just opks and pre seed. But I hear ppl using pre seed and vitex.. what else should I use with pre seed and my opks

Folic acid. Ive also HEARD maca is good with vitex but i cant personally vouch for it. I just heard and started researching it today. Baby dust!

This is my first month using vitex maca and preseed I've heard it takes a couple of months to start working though.

Vitex isn't good for women with regular cycles it throws them off because it's meant for regulating cycles. I have regular cycles and took it and it caused me to miss my period w/o being pregnant. As soon as I stopped taking it my period came back and I conceived without it 3 cycles later. So unless your cycles are irregular don't take vitex
