Can someone help!!

So I've been admitted to hospital I'm 6 weeks pregnant with pain on left side they think I may be having an etopic pregnancy as they didn't see a sac in my womb!! I am freaking out and really praying that it's not!! Has this ever happened to anyone else and it turned out to be a healthy pregnancy??
