New to TTC, need help.

First month TTC and idk what to do. I use two different apps to track everything. Glow and Ovia. According to glow af was due 6-2 but according to Ovia it's due tomorrow 6-5. I ovulated on May 24th which makes me 10 dpo today. My periods are irregular due to being on the depo shot for 2 years. I took a PT 3 days ago and it was def negative. I'm not sure what my next step should be. Should I wait for af or take another test?? Open to all suggestions. TIA!!
